I have very curly hair, and need to straighten it. However, I barely have any money, and would only be able to do it with the following items:
*Hair Straighteners
*Moisturiser
*Mousse
*Hair spray
Is this possible and, if so, how can it be done?

DO NOT RELAX YOUR HAIR!
My hair is just like yours, frizzy and very curly.
What I do is I shampoo and condition my hair with a straightening formula like Herbal Essences Dangerously Straight Shampoo and Conditioner. Then when you get out of the shower, DO NOT towel dry your hair. This makes your hair frizzy due to the agitating with the towel. then I apply Loreal heat protectant (it comes in a pink bottle, you can get it at a drugstore) onto my hair and comb it through. Then I blow-dry my hair with a roller brush until its completely dry. BTW, use the dryer on low heat. If you use it on high heat, you could damage your hair more than it needs to be. When your hair is dry, it may not be absolutely straight, so that's when you use the flat iron to smooth your hair down until it's shiny and pin straight. After you get your hair straight, make sure you get the "hidden spots". These spots make your hair poofy from underneath, so even though your hair my look straight, there's actually a few wavy spots that you may have forgot. The "hidden spots" are directly above your ear (about an inch or two) and on the crown of your head. Once you get these spots, you can enjoy having stick-straight hair that resists humidity! Good luck!!!

use a straightening gel...blow it dry while brushing out some of the curl...then you can use either a flat iron or a large barrel curling iron...I prefer a curling iron because it straightens without making it look as severe as a flat iron does

1. Flat ironing it with a ceramic flat iron (these can be pricy, though, but it's a GOOD investment)
2. Relaxer (these kits can be bought for under $10.00, but some of the chemicals used in them can be very harmful and/or contain lye, so be careful which ones you buy).
3. Hair schools or major salons and retailers, like Aveda, Revlon, Vidal Sasson, Bumble and Bumble, etc. often times have nights when you can get your hair done for either very cheap (no more than $20 for a treatment) or even get it done for FREE. Check their websites and look for store and salon locations for more info.

Well first off budget or no budget getting a ceramic flat iron (perferably with tourmaline) is an investment! Get a good hair straightner and it pays off in the long run. Now that you have a straightener all you need is a comb, about 5 hair clips, some moisturizers and anti-damage product!
Blow drying your hair straight doesnt really make a difference so you may let it air dry if your on a low budget...
Now all you need to do is while your hair is damp apply some moisturizer then let it air dry...
While it is drying you may apply some of the anti-damage product (to prevent the heat from damaging your hair) or you may do that as you are ironing your hair.
When your hair is dry, clip it into sections and from those sections iron one at a time while dividing it into even smaller sections. As you iron you may need to go over peices more than once, this is normal. However make sure you brush your hair out with a comb before applying the iron!
Now once your completed your whole head you may apply some hairsray to hold the style.
And voila! Lovely straight hair!
