Images of women (black or white) with kinky / curly hair?

Hello. I have been searching the internet for weeks for images of women with beautiful, natural, very curly or "kinky" hair. Most glamour magazines are devoid of such images. Most searches reveal big, easy-to-manage, wavy locks--not what I am looking for.

Many of the styles today require excesses of money and time--and hair that belongs to someone else in most cases (i.e. extensions).

I have very curly hair, and believe it is possible to wear styles that have movement, are sexy and easy--styles that reaffirm how beautiful curls can be. I hope that anyone with tight curls, no matter their ethnicity, would be interested and could contribute a pic or link to share amongst the curly haired women of the world.

Search for all those keywords that you have in your question and there will be tons of LIVE pictures (not models).

The women from the Nappturality forum make tons of albums all over the internet and Fotki is one of the more popular ones. Alot of them have "HOW TOs" and "DIY" instructions. If you join FOTKI you can create your own album or you can simply ask the member questions about their styling, products or techniques.

But just search the first link and you will find tons of albums.

There are so many websites dedicated to kinky/curly hair. I recently transitioned from relaxed to natural hair and I could not have done it without the websites I came across on the internet.............fotki.com is a photo sharing website where you can find thousands of pictures of real people showcasing their natural hair (not to mention any other subject under the sun). Go to the website and do a search on natural hair, nappy hair, dreadlocks, braids, etc...and see what you come up with. Also check the sites out below. I promise you'll find what you're looking for!
