My daughter is 7 and had naturally curly hair when she was born. She had curly hair up until about 2 years ago, when the curl disappered. I thought it was because she had waist length hair - so I cut ut to her shoulders, but the curl never came back. Any ideas on how to get the curl back?
What happened to my daughter's curly hair?
Dang that's a bummer! My hair did that when I was young also, now it just has a slight wave. She might love her straight hair when she's older but to make thing's easier on ya I'd recommend a light perm, just to add body that always brings the curl back to my hair, or you could go for a full-out perm to get those sweet little ringlets!

I don't think you can get it back, but you still can use curling irons, perm it and such.

Well, if she's gotten it straightened a lot, or done stuff with a lot of heat, then I've seen it with my friends that you're hair doesn't go back to how curly it was. =[

When i was younger i had curly hair too. Then i got straight hair and then after about 1 or 2 years, the curls came back.
So i think she'll get her curls back as she gets older.
Hope this helps =)

What happened to my daughter's curly hair?
As you age your hair type changes, for example, I used to have very straight hair until I was about 5. After that my hair became very curly when I washed before going ahead and straighting it.
I think things like that happen to everyone and you'll have to use chemicals to get it the way you want to.

my friend, he was born with straight hair, and now its curlier than tha curly fries from my school cafeteria.
