Is there a shampoo that can repair my hair that use to be long and curly and is now dead and staight due to over heating? Is there a web site where I can see real images of dead hair that has been repaired? Im amdesperate for help. I dont know what to do. Its to my shoulders when 2 years ago it was down to my lower back and I cant let it air dry cus the top is straight and an dead as well as all the rest of it with the exception of te roots. Please people, I need a miracle. I would never ever go out in public with my hair how it is now and i have thought of shaving it off out of desperation. I cry alot because of it. I was curious how it would look straight two years ago so I baught a flat iron and used it two days in a row. Next thing I know my hair would not go back curly so I had to use it again to make it look desent and everything is down hill from there.

Get a serious haircut and do a hot-oil treatment once a week. I prefer using Virgin Olive Oil... condition a lot. Mayonnaise is a great conditioner.

get it cut off. the only way to make ur hair look healthy again is by cutting it off. i had ur same problem(except my hair is straight) and i tried a ton of shampoos, the best one was Pure-ology "purify repair" shampoo, with "reconsruct repair" conditioner. but if want ur hair to be back to looking healthy, ur gonna have to get it cut off.
