I'd really like curly hair for my leaver's ball and am wondering what's the best way to go about it in a salon. Do i ask for a perm, or is there something a little cheaper and less permanent? Please help

See if they will curl your hair with curlers. The ones that are like straightners but they curl instead. Or see if your friends have any Curlers, you could borrow them. Its not permanent at all, it'll probably flatten out the next day/when you next wash your hair. Good luck.
