Inexpensive styling product for curly hair?

i have very thick,curly hair. i use garnier fructis leave in conditioner. i normally have to use gel and hairspray to have hold, but i don't really like the kinda stiff feeling. so is there a solution for a styling product that will give a lot of hold but not a lot of stiffness?

I don't like using gel, or hairspray either, I just use mousse. A lot of my friends say that it works ten times better than gel, and it looks a lot better. It's very inexpensive. Go to walgreens and get TRESemme curl care mousse. Get the one taht says 24 hour climate control. At walgreens it's only about 4$. Hope I helped, good luck with your hair problem!

omg i agree with the girl smilie! tresseme is totally rad it doesnt leave it like sticky or stiff and its not tested on animals! SAVE THE ANIMALS! or also try bed head

I never use gel. I use a combination of a light mousse and a styling creme. I like Bumble %26amp; Bumble products.
